great family stay
private bathroom friendly staff dog treats
the suite had its own bathroom. this was helpful since we were traveling as a family. the front desk staff were nice and friendly to deal with. they even provided complimentary dog treats, which my dog loved.

Perfect Family Getaway!
shuttle service convenient access spacious suite ski valet
We enjoyed the convenient shuttle service to town. It was helpful. Our spacious two-bedroom suite was well-equipped, including a fully functional kitchen. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful after skiing, and the slopeside location allowed convenient access. The ski valet service made our mornings run smoothly and worry-free, it was a real treat.
The check-in process took longer than expected. It was a bit of a wait after a long drive.

The fully functional kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Guests can easily prepare meals and snacks, because the kitchen has all the basics. There is also a dishwasher for simple cleanup.

The complimentary shuttle to town was punctual and efficient. I found the staff quite courteous. They helped greatly with directions. The ski valet service at the slopes was convenient.

The heated outdoor pool was warm. I loved it even during the occasional rain. Two hot tubs were available near the pool area, and they were both very clean. I felt the water was well-kept.

Acceptable stay, but with issues
stained blankets dirty floors
The kitchen was well equipped. It met my expectations.
I found stains on all the blankets. Trash was thrown all over outside right by our window. This ruined the view. The floors were not clean.

charming slopeside stay!
family suite full kitchen clean condition central location
i found the family suite perfect for our needs. it featured two bedrooms, one included two single beds. a large living area complete with seating and a full kitchen area. everything felt clean. the location provided a short walk to the upper village which was very handy.
the gym felt slightly small. perhaps it needs more diverse equipment.

the two-bedroom suite had plenty of space with well-equipped kitchen facilities. i also noticed the bedrooms were nicely separated from the living area, offering greater privacy. each room felt fresh and carefully maintained.

the hotel offers a free shuttle service number 5 that runs every 10 minutes, very convenient. i appreciated the staff's friendly approach. their quick responses to requests. they helped store our luggage and snowboard after checkout.

while the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, the well-equipped kitchen in the suite makes cooking easy. i found several nearby dining options in the upper village. the complimentary hot chocolate station near the slopes was a nice touch.
